Week 9

A meeting was held before Raya Break, and the dates of preparation and launching has been decided among the Ms Norji and Mr Edwin.
1st June Shall be Cleaning Day, for the groups 2-5 to prep the site conditions for the execution day. As my paint team has explained to Group 2 and 3, The floor and paint needs a few days to coat with the primer before executing the final touches for the wall to be painted and the floor to be filled with epoxy.
10th June shall be furniture Purchasing day for my furniture team, by then we should be able to receive a better and improved floor plan from group 4.
15th June shall be execution day, as in to transport and assemble the furnitures and books. as well as pre cleaning before launching day.

By Week 10 we shall be able to finish everything, except for Jordan and Alia of the Finance team, as they will have to oversee the budget of the other groups.
